Job Description

My client is seeking a Project Manager to lead a high-profile World Bank interior project in Washington, DC. This role requires 100% on-site presence and is ideal for someone with a proven track record managing fast-paced interior construction projects, particularly within secure or government environments.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within the Business Services sector.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure all milestones are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and communication.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
