A company is looking for a Vendor Management Coordinator to support and optimize external vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring project setup and timeline tracking
Work with IT to validate technical requirements and support vendor implementation activities
Review and track contracts, ensuring compliance and communicating SLAs to the Auditing team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in vendor management, operations coordination, or the health insurance industry preferred
Familiarity with PBMs, provider networks, or other health insurance vendors is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with document management or project tracking tools is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
