Get to Know Your Team :

Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is a 99-bed community-owned facility offering 24-hour emergency services, cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, diagnostic imaging, withdrawal stabilization, wound care, and urology.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities in accordance with BMC standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.

Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care for patients.

Utilize principles of growth and development to assess patient data and identify age-specific needs.

Develop, modify, and implement patient care plans in accordance with HHS standards.

Adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

Supervise and monitor LPNs as needed.

Qualifications

Job Requirements :

ADN or BSN

A minimum of 1 year ER experience

Oklahoma or applicable Multi-State RN license (upon hire)

BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

ACLS certification (within 30 days of hire)

PALS certification (within 30 days of hire)

Preferred Job Requirements :

TNCC certification
