Job Description

This is a remote position.

Summary :

We are seeking enthusiastic Lifeline Representatives to join our team in California. This vital role involves qualifying and enrolling customers in the Lifeline Program. Ideal candidates are passionate about customer service and eager to make a positive community impact while achieving excellent earnings.

Responsibilities :

  • Participate in events and field marketing activities.
  • Communicate the features and benefits of our services to potential customers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to existing and prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
