Job Description

Contract – Hybrid (2 days onsite per week) – Pittsburgh, PA

Oxford Solutions is seeking a Loss Prevention Project Specialist for a contract role with our retail client. This position supports the rollout and enhancement of camera systems across retail locations. The Specialist will manage daily workflows, coordinate with vendors, and ensure project tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day project activities as directed by the Project Manager, including system designs and approvals
• Track and update project status, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality, timely work, and adherence to project standards
• Assist in resolving field-level issues and escalate concerns as needed to maintain momentum
