Project Manager Special Projects

Our client is a reputable commercial general contractor that has been in business for over 100 years. They work across a wide range of commercial sectors. Right now they are rebooting their special projects division which handles their Tenant Improvement and Renovation projects across all sectors - typically these projects are between $500k - $7M in value. The special projects team will be responsible for running faster-paced / smaller projects within the company, managing multiple clients at once.

Job Description

Responsibilities include :

• Oversight of project operations
• Managing budget, schedule, etc.
• Managing field staff, project engineers, and admin teams
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project goals
• Implement safety and compliance measures across all projects
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all project activities
• Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
