N-Store Services is a national general contractor providing a variety of industries, primarily retailers, multi-site solutions for their construction and maintenance needs. Our services include remodels, tenant improvements, refreshes, retail channel installations, programmatic maintenance, and store fixture installations.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure that all activities within the retail construction project are completed on time, within budget, with 100% customer satisfaction.
• Review and estimate projects from drawings and scope documents to determine time frame, budget, onsite requirements, procedures, field staffing requirements, and alignment of resources.
• Manage all aspects of awarded projects, including day-to-day operational and financial aspects which include project budget, scope, client interactions, and expectations.
• Be the key player in the proactive management of project communications
• Work closely with the on-site Field Superintendents to plan and direct activities while facilitating any change management needed to ensure that all goals and objectives within the scope of work are accomplished.
• As the master relationship builder, use your abilities to influence and hold accountable, all team members in order to deliver exceptional outcomes.

This is a hybrid Project Manager position requiring ability to commute to our office as needed, as well as occasional national travel to support job sites and foster client relationships.
