A company is looking for a Junior Paid Search Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, launching, and managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive e-commerce growth
Manage campaign development from start to finish, including keyword research, ad copy, bid strategy, and budget
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights through regular performance reports
Required Qualifications
1-3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
A track record of achievement and a self-starter mentality
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
