Our client is a FinTech firm looking for a Benefits Specialist.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate in managing benefit programs to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional employee experience.
- Contribute to the planning, research, and execution of new benefits-related projects.
- Assist with plan renewals, open enrollment processes, and related system updates.
- Respond to benefits-related inquiries from global employees, delivering accurate and timely information.
- Support the benefits aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
- Manage employee benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes with accuracy in Workday and among third-party vendors.
- Create and maintain process documentation for all benefit-related workflows.
Requirements :
2-5+ years of benefits experienceBachelors degree requiredExperience working at a Financial, Technology, or Fintech firmWorkday experience is a plusGlobal experience is a plusThe annual base salary range is $100k to $140k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level, among other things.
