Benefits Specialist (New York)

Our client is a FinTech firm looking for a Benefits Specialist.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate in managing benefit programs to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional employee experience.
• Contribute to the planning, research, and execution of new benefits-related projects.
• Assist with plan renewals, open enrollment processes, and related system updates.
• Respond to benefits-related inquiries from global employees, delivering accurate and timely information.
• Support the benefits aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
• Manage employee benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes with accuracy in Workday and among third-party vendors.
• Create and maintain process documentation for all benefit-related workflows.

Requirements :

2-5+ years of benefits experience

Bachelors degree required

Experience working at a Financial, Technology, or Fintech firm

Workday experience is a plus

Global experience is a plus

The annual base salary range is $100k to $140k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level, among other things.
