We are hiring a Public Relations Assistant to support nonprofit clients with in-person events and community outreach . This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about public engagement, nonprofit work, and live event support.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working with clients who make a difference—supporting everything from fundraisers to awareness campaigns and community programs .
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with the execution of public events, including nonprofit fundraisers, local outreach events, and community campaigns
- Help with event setup, guest check-in, and on-site logistics
- Organize and manage physical event materials, such as signage, banners, and printed collateral
- Track event attendance and assist with basic post-event documentation
- Represent client organizations professionally at public events and engagements
- Provide general administrative support to the public relations and event teams
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field is a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skillsOrganized, punctual, and detail-orientedComfortable working in a face-to-face public settingAbility to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekendsWhat We Offer :
