Pay varies by position and is based on multiple factors including labor market data and, depending on position, may include education, work experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, and / or certifications. Additionally, Sportech considers internal equity when determining compensation. The estimated pay range for this position is between $95,000 - 120,000 annually, which may include variable components such as overtime, shift differentials, and bonuses.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing safety and all plant production activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, meeting production schedules and standards, and optimizing production costs. The role involves defining problem areas, conducting investigations, and implementing solutions for heat-formed products.
