A reputable law firm is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal with over five years of professional experience in business law, litigation, estate planning, and estate administration. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing a diverse range of legal tasks to support our attorneys and serve their clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with business law matters including entity formation, corporate governance, and transactional work.
• Support litigation processes, including case file management, discovery, pleadings, and trial preparation.
• Prepare and review estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Handle estate administration tasks, including probate proceedings, estate inventory, and estate settlement.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain organized case files, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance with court procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders.
• Support attorneys in drafting, editing, and analyzing legal documents.
