Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing. Review and adjust estimates throughout the project lifecycle as needed. Prepare and present bid proposals to clients and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction methods. Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, materials, and methods. Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools. Attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex project documents. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
