Platform Engineer - Azure Monitoring (Remote - India)

As a Platform Engineer focused on Azure Monitoring, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring solutions for cloud-based platforms. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, helping DevOps teams leverage automation, self-service flows, and observability tools to ensure high reliability and performance. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of operations and the quality of cloud services delivered to customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, enhance automation, and ensure compliance with operational policies. This role offers opportunities to deepen expertise in Azure monitoring technologies, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code, while contributing to meaningful business outcomes.

Accountabilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Azure Monitor solutions, including KQL queries and Workbooks.
• Develop and deploy self-service automation flows for DevOps teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep or ARM templates for scalable and repeatable deployments.
• Integrate end-to-end monitoring using OpenTelemetry across cloud environments.
• Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines with Azure Pipelines, YAML scripting, Azure DevOps Suite, or Ansible.
• Coach and guide teams on best practices, automation, and efficient use of monitoring and platform tools.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and ITSM processes using tools like ServiceNow.
