Apply Today!\nJob Summary and Qualifications\n\nJob Summary : We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to "float" between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.\n\nWhat will you will do in this role : \n\nServe as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality\n\nFacilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis\n\nProvide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement\n\nJob Requirements : \n\nFlorida RN license and / or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.\n\nBLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start\n\n2 years' of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting\n\nCurrent ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire\n\nBSN is preferred\n\nHCA Florida Osceola Hospital is a 404-bed tertiary care hospital.
