• Providing high-quality RN care in post-acute facilities\n
• Reviewing various care options with the medical team, residents, and their family members\n
• Coordinating with clinical teams to develop individualized care plans\n
• Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans\n
• Administering appropriate medications and treatments to residents\n
• Drawing fluids as needed for labs and testing\n
• Using and monitoring medical equipment and devices to ensure effectiveness\n
• Training and supervising nursing professionals and other care staff consistent with scope of practice guidelines\n
• Promoting staff compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards of care\n
• Documenting all relevant data to include vital signs, nursing interventions and responses, and resident histories\n
• Assisting staff members with incident investigations and the development of care best practices\n\nQualifications and Skills\n
• Current Florida state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)\n
• Successful completion of an approved nursing program\n
• Minimum of 6 months of experience (RN or related role)\n
• Advanced skills in multitasking, organization, and communication\n
