Member Services Representative - $25 / HR

Now Hiring for Member Service Reps!! This position will be paying $25 / hr and requiring call center experience. It will be a temporary contract to support open enrollment season and will likely end in late January 2026!!!

Description

Answering 50-60 calls / day from members with an insurance plan. There is a new PBM being transitioned in network so members will have new cards with new group numbers / IDs, etc. The Member Service Rep will be answering questions primarily from a script to assist when patients go to fill prescriptions at the pharmacy and need help with their new card.

Qualifications

Strong preference to have a call center experience . If they have experience within government programs or healthcare, that would be a plus.

Shift

Monday-Friday, 9am-530pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr.
