Member Services Representative - $25 / HR

Answering 50-60 calls / day from members with an insurance plan. There is a new PBM being transitioned in network so members will have new cards with new group numbers / IDs, etc. The Member Service Rep will be answering questions primarily from a script to assist when patients go to fill prescriptions at the pharmacy and need help with their new card.

• Qualifications

Strong preference to have a call center experience. If they have experience within government programs or healthcare, that would be a plus.

Monday-Friday, 9am-530pm

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr.
