Director of Plant Operations (Dallas, TX or Crossett, AR)

The Director of Operations / Plant Manager will lead the end-to-end manufacturing operations for a facility focused on producing Electrical Balance of System (eBOS) products—including UL1741-compliant assemblies, electrical harnesses— and mechanical structural components through component assembly, metal fabrication and injection molding processes. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing production, quality, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, safety, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure world-class manufacturing performance and product compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational Leadership

Direct and manage plant operations including production, planning, quality, maintenance, and logistics.Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with business goals for eBOS and structural products.

Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve throughput.

Work closely with R&D, engineering, and product development teams to support new product introduction (NPI).

Build and mentor a high-performing team of managers and supervisors across all departments.

Ensure adherence to UL1741 standards, OSHA regulations, and other relevant electrical and mechanical manufacturing codes.

QUALIFICATIONS

UL-compliant electrical assemblies (preferably UL1741)
