Bilingual Care Guide Specialist

A company is looking for a Care Guide, Coaching Evaluation Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish) to provide behavioral health coaching and care coordination for youth and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments and create safety plans for members at risk

Coordinate care and referrals to community resources and internal services

Deliver personalized, culturally responsive behavioral health coaching to families

Required Qualifications

Masters degree in a psychology-related field or Bachelor's degree with relevant certifications

1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting or 5 years with a Bachelor's degree

2 years of experience working with children, youth, or families

Availability to work a 12-8 PM PST schedule

Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and safety planning preferred
