Strong understanding of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project etc.) Proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with acute attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30 Hour.
Job Description
Our client is an established General Contractor specializing in large-scale Commercial projects. The company is known for delivering high-quality and exceptional commercial projects around the region.
They are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Dallas, TX.
Position : Construction Project Manager
Location : Dallas, TX
Salary : $150k –$200k base
Benefits : $1000 Auto allowance, 15-20% Bonus, 401k match, and health insurance
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of Commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to ensure timely and within-budget completion, from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain effective communication and workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct risk management, identify issues, and implement corrective measures when needed.
