Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact class action cases in both state and federal courts while advocating for employees and consumers.
Employment Law Attorney Benefits and Compensation :

Employment Law Attorney Requirements & Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in California or New York5–10 years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and depositionsProven ability to manage complex cases and meet strict deadlines from day onePrior experience representing clients in state and federal courtsWillingness and ability to travel occasionally for hearings, depositions, and client mattersEmployment Law Attorney Preferred Background & Skills :
Prior exposure to class actions, wage-and-hour disputes, or complex litigationA proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a passion for employee and consumer rights
