Lms Administrator
We are seeking an experienced LMS Administrator responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing our Learning Management System (LMS) infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring cross-functional teams have access to mission-critical training content in a secure and compliant environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and continuous improvement of our LMS. You will support instructors, instructional designers, and learners to ensure an exceptional training experience is delivered.
Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and maintain the LMS to meet the evolving needs of our organization and training programs
Administer user roles, permissions, and accounts to ensure appropriate access based on function and responsibility
Provide front-line support to users, including instructors, instructional designers, and learners, resolving issues and minimizing downtime
Monitor system usage, track learner progress, and generate reports to evaluate training effectiveness and compliance
Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and FedRAMP-certified platforms
Recommend and implement enhancements to improve learner engagement and system performance
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field. Master's Degree is preferred
Proven experience as an LMS Administrator or in a related role
Familiarity with FedRAMP-certified LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support technical troubleshooting
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Experience working in defense, government, or highly regulated environments is preferred
Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards is preferred
