As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we're looking for an experienced and driven Controller to join our leadership team.

Our Controller role is a unique opportunity for a strategic financial professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Our ideal Controller candidate will bring strong financial acumen, a forward-thinking mindset and the ability to help shape the trajectory and map out the growth plan of our $10MM business- including supporting the launch of several new lines of business. We offer an annual salary of $105,000 - $115,000, a health stipend, paid time off and a positive work environment. Our office is conveniently located just off I-71 in Madeira, OH.

Requirements for our Controller :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required, master's degree preferred
• 5+ years' experience in a construction or real estate business as a Controller or Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
• 3+ years' experience developing financial processes, systems and business administration best practices for a $12MM+ organization
• Experience in developing and implementing processes to provide real-time job costing data on construction projects
• Tech savvy with experience implementing systems automation
• Strong understanding of financial statements and EBITDA growth strategies
