Registered Nurse (RN) - Group Home | $33-$35 / hr | Flexible Weekday Schedule | Andover, MN

Schedule :

Monday - Friday, daytime hours (8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM)

Flexible start / end times to meet client needs

No weekends, no doubles, no on-call

Full-time or part-time options available

Pay & Benefits :

$33-$35 / hour (based on experience)

Group home based in Andover, MN

Focus on maintaining resident health and independence

What You'll Do :

Provide care and oversight for clients in a licensed group home

Monitor resident health and implement care plans

Administer medications and complete documentation / charting

Schedule and follow up on medical appointments

Assist with transitions, new resident onboarding, and training staff

Collaborate with the care team to ensure top-quality client outcomes

Requirements :

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota

Graduate of accredited nursing program

Strong communication and decision-making skills

Comfortable working with aging, disabled, or mentally ill adults

Must pass a MN DHS background check

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet as needed
