Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality reviews of all steps in the ESOP administration process
Manage a complex caseload of ESOP reviews independently
Maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in ESOP administration and review
Experience with compliance testing for Defined Contribution and ESOP plans
Possession or pursuit of QPA or QKA certification is highly desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
