Customer Care Specialist

TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in Monmouth County, NJ for a Customer Service Specialist. This role will support sales orders and provide a best in class customer experience. Applicants with ERP skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment are encouraged to apply.

• Description :
• Support email and phone communication with customers regarding product orders
• Answer emails from clients offering product knowledge, item numbers, tracking numbers
• Process purchase orders through SAP
• Support warranty and return process
• Work with internal departments for effective communication on customer timelines
• Qualifications :
• 2-3 years of back office experience in a customer support role
• Prior experience with ERP systems highly preferred, SAP experience a plus
• Experience with claims or warranty communication
• Ecommerce
• Microsoft skills
• Strong communication
• Additional Details :
• Monday-Friday
• 8 : 30am-5pm
• Hybrid schedule 3 days remote, 2 days in-office. Training will be 5x / week in office
• This is an open ended contract position with the potential for conversion

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50 / hr.
