Commercial Roofing Estimator – Detroit / Chesterfield, MI

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator in the Detroit / Chesterfield market. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong estimating experience who is ready to contribute to a growing and established company.

Compensation :

  • Base salary up to $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Bonus potential
  • Full benefits package
  • Profit Sharing

Responsibilities :

  • Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate estimates
  • Utilize EDGE Estimating Software (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Develop complete bids from start to finish, including scope, pricing, and proposal preparation
  • Prepare detailed material take-offs, man-day requirements, and labor costs
  • Work closely with project management and operations to ensure accurate project handoff
  • Maintain strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and manufacturers

    • Requirements :

  • 3–5 years of commercial roofing estimating experience
  • Proficiency in EDGE Estimating Software preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
  • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems including Elevate, Carlisle, GAF, and JM
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • Location : Detroit / Chesterfield, MI

    This role requires an in-office presence to collaborate with the team.
