The Pointe North Hills, a luxury apartment community in North Little Rock, AR, is currently seeking a skilled Full-Time Maintenance Technician. If you are proficient in general maintenance work, including appliance / equipment repair, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry, we want to hear from you! Experience in HVAC and possession of an EPA certification are advantageous. The candidate must also be willing to participate in the on-call rotation schedule.
