Description :
Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance activities of PTCOA clinics, buildings, equipment, and related facilities and systems. Perform related work to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Performs a variety of maintenance repairs, including, but not limited to, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs, and building-related repairs, including unplugging drains, sinks, lot maintenance, exterior perimeter upkeep, and other similar duties.
- Investigate environmental problems involving patient and staff safety.
- Repair and troubleshooting of various electrical components (switches, receptacles), small gauges, compressors, vacuums, or pumps as necessary.
- Investigate malfunctioning equipment related directly or indirectly to patients.
- Investigate electrical hazards (shorts, overheating).
- Monitor and operate Fire Alarm Systems if necessary.
- Perform small building projects, i.e., installing file boxes, assembling carts, and other minor projects.
- Move furniture and office equipment as necessary.
- Work as a team member within all other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
REQUIRED REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND / OR CERTIFICATIONS
The position requires a high school diploma or educational equivalent. Valid state driver's license with proof of insurance. One to three years of relevant experience and / or training. Light travel during work hours as required.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Our regular business hours are 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 8 : 00 a.m. – 12 : 00 p.m. Fridays, though it may be necessary to work outside of these hours as needed. Occasional overtime may be required. The position requires occasional lifting and carrying items weighing up to 100 pounds. Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, climbing ladders, walking, squatting, and sitting, pushing and pulling exertion regularly throughout a regular work shift. Requires manual dexterity to operate equipment and perform manual responsibilities. The work environment, characteristics, and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
