Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Oversee all phases of assigned commercial and industrial electrical projects
- Manage schedules, materials, subcontractors, and site logistics
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
- Budget & Financial Oversight
- Track project budgets and labor / material costs
- Approve timecards, manage cost-to-complete projections
- Report budget performance and adjust plans as needed
- Team & Safety Leadership
- Coordinate with foremen and field teams
- Lead safety meetings and enforce job site safety protocols
- Coach team members to meet performance goals
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and general contractors
- Present bids and change orders; manage expectations and communication
- Deliver regular progress reports and updates
- Preconstruction & Closeout
- Collaborate with estimators and assist in pre-bid planning
- Manage documentation including permits, RFIs, submittals, and inspections
- Oversee punch lists, project turnover, and warranty documentation
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in electrical project management (commercial / industrial preferred)Solid understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and code complianceStrong leadership and communication skillsProficient in project scheduling and budgetingBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience preferredWillingness to travel to job sites as neededBenefits
