FirstHealth Hospice & Palliative Care is the only 5 STAR rated non-profit hospice offering compassionate end-of-life care support in the Sandhills area.

As a Hospice CNA you will have flexibility in providing detailed ADL the hospice patient and family in the community / home environment. You will be responsible personal care to patients including assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility support, all while closely observing and reporting any changes in the patient's condition to the hospice nurse. As a community based CNA you will be assigned a patient caseload and work with the hospice team to provide compassionate care.
