Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is searching for a motivated Gauge Calibration Technician to join our rapidly evolving team! A successful Gauge Technician will be mechanically inclined, display a continuous improvement mindset, and ideally have experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

Core Responsibilities :
Perform inhouse calibrations of all applicable gaugesExpedite the repair or replacement of damaged gauges in a timely mannerMaintain excellent record keeping of all calibration measurementsExecute Gauge R&R studies, when requiredAssist in developing new gauge set up and calibration procedures as neededwork with outside vendors to schedule onsite calibration or service maintenance as neededTrain production staff on proper use and care of shop floor gagesUphold the 5S techniqueContinually identify areas of improvement and develop plans to implementPrioritize and manage a complex workload that is subject to last-minute changesReadily understand and communicate gauge problems and gauge requirementsJob Qualifications :
1-2 years experience in a gauging or inspection position.Bachelor of Science in applicable engineering or science field preferred, however candidates with relevant equivalent experience will be considered.Can demonstrate understanding of blueprints, including GD&T.Can demonstrate proper usage of hand instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauge blocks.Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.Proficient with MS Word, Excel, & Outlook.Strong written & verbal communication.Ability to multitask with attention to detail.Automotive industry, preferredTechnical degree or mechanical background preferredFamiliarity with Quality Management Systems in automotive manufacturing preferredMechanical drafting, AutoCAD, and / or Inventor a plusBuild effective relationships with team members and production staffWHY CHOOSE DYNAMIC?

Our organization specializes in the manufacture of automotive, off-road, industrial and racing powertrain products. This includes Torque Converters, Transmissions (Automatic, Manual, Hybrid models) and Transfer Case Assemblies.
Our organization started with a single retail facility and a dream. Today, we serve the aftermarket and several OE customers. Our operations consist of almost a million square feet of floor space and 1,000+ extremely talented employees encompassing turnkey operations from engineering, total machining operations, through assembly and dynamometer testing.
