Position Overview : :

The Senior Project Manager will lead and participate in the development of medical devices for interventional radiology and vascular surgery, which includes new products, line extension and quality / cost improvement projects. Effectively manage and communicate project progress to management.

What you will do : :

• Ensure compliance to the product development process and Quality System and Design Control requirements.
• Project Management through the initiation, planning, implementation and closeout of the project
• Lead cross-functional teams through the development of medical devices to meet project goals
• Develop project budget and scope of work
• Prepare and maintain project schedule
• Facilitate project team meetings with agendas, notes, and action items
• Monitor and report project team activities
• Work on removing obstacles to successfully completing medical device development projects.
• Collaborate with design partners, either internal or external to Argon, making sure product design meets manufacturing, quality, clinical and cost specifications
• Proven record of delivering multi-disciplinary projects on time and on budget
• Critical thinker who exhibits creativity and innovation
