Responsibilities
What Youll Do :
- Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with clients by delivering personalized service and expert guidance.
- Perform detailed needs-analyses to recommend the right insurance products for each clients unique situation (personal, commercial, etc.).
- Actively engage in outside sales : networking, attending local events, and sourcing new business opportunities in the community.
- Use strong negotiation and sales skills to close deals and ensure clients are delighted with their coverage.
- Provide ongoing service to your clients : handle inquiries, policy updates, claims follow-up, and client reviews.
- Collaborate with the agency marketing team to drive new business and support initiatives that grow the book.
- Keep thorough records of client interactions, policy details, and pipeline activity; stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
Requirements
What Were Looking For :
Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. A Life & Health License is a strong plus.Proven outside-sales experience (insurance sales preferred, but strong retail or B2B sales experience counts too).Exceptional communication skills - bilingual / multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and match them to appropriate insurance solutions.Service-oriented attitude : you must enjoy helping people, solving problems, and acting as a trusted advisor.Comfortable working on-site in Rhome (office base) and getting out into the community (events, networking, prospecting).Why Youll Love Working Here :
