Position : Business Development Manager – Agentic AI (Airline Industry) Location : Dallas, TX Experience : 6–8+ years (Enterprise Sales, Digital Transformation, Product / Project Management) Type : Full-Time or Executive Contract Overview We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the adoption and scaling of Agentic AI solutions for a leading airline client. This role combines strategic sales, market development, and program delivery. You’ll identify high-value opportunities for autonomous agents in airline operations, build go-to-market strategies, and partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver ROI-driven outcomes at enterprise scale. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new opportunities for deploying Agentic AI solutions across airline operations, customer service, crew scheduling, maintenance, and planning. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and launch planning for AI initiatives in the airline domain. Build and present business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI models to airline leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Lead vendor evaluations, pilots, and partnerships, coordinating with product and engineering teams for successful rollouts. Translate emerging AI technologies (LLMs, agentic frameworks, RAG workflows) into clear, actionable value propositions for airline use cases. Engage and influence senior stakeholders (VP / C-level) to secure executive buy-in and roadmap alignment. Drive adoption and scaling of AI agent solutions across the airline enterprise. Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors in the AI ecosystem. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine strategy and messaging. Champion responsible AI adoption with strong governance and transparency. Skills & Qualifications 6–8+ years experience in business development, enterprise sales, product or project management, or technology consulting (aviation / airline experience highly preferred). Proven track record in selling or scaling complex enterprise solutions (AI, ML, SaaS, or digital platforms). Familiarity with agentic architectures, orchestration frameworks, and RAG workflows (hands-on AI experience a plus but not mandatory). Strong executive communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder alignment skills. Ability to build and articulate ROI models and strategic investment recommendations. Experience managing vendor partnerships, pilots, and large-scale rollouts in a regulated or mission-critical environment (airline, travel, or logistics a plus). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emerging technology environment and influencing cross-functional teams.
