Job Title : UI / UX Designer

Location : Plano, TX

About The Role

We are seeking a talented digital designer to join our growing Product team. This exciting opportunity involves taking responsibility for both UI and UX across various projects, working closely with a world-class team that has big goals and a significant mission.

This role offers a chance for a motivated individual to engage deeply with all aspects of digital product design, learn from accomplished leaders, and contribute innovative ideas to a company that values creativity. The position is based in our Plano, TX office.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Discovery : Collaborate with stakeholders, analyze user feedback, benchmark industry trends, conduct usability testing.
• UX Strategy & Structure : Develop user personas, journeys, flows, map information architecture, create prototypes, and apply design thinking.
• UI Design & Branding : Design UI elements, maintain design systems, ensure responsiveness and accessibility, collaborate with developers.
• Testing & Iteration : Conduct A / B testing, analyze results, iterate designs, and remain adaptable for rapid prototyping.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with product managers, developers, content creators, present designs, advocate for users, support during development and launch.
• Tools & Process Mastery : Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Jira, organized asset management.
