Production Team Leader

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Production Team Leader to join the Data, Power and Control Team in Reno, NV.

The Production Assembly Lead will work as part of a team to assemble products or components of a product. The Production Assembly Lead needs to be a SME (subject matter expert) in the assigned area. This position will lead and perform advanced and complex tasks as well as share expertise in all production operations serving as a mentor to other Assembly Technicians. This position will ensure that all assigned duties are performed quickly, efficiently and according to the established departmental and company policies, procedures and goals. The Production Assembly Lead, as with all members of the DPC Team, is expected to promote a positive attitude, demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercise confidentiality.

Main Activities :

• SME in all related roles; Cord Prep, Packing, or QA
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Is able to establish and complete goals in-line with the Company's Key Results
• Audit and maintain an acceptable department 5S score
• Manage queue levels in the assigned area
