About the Role

As our Technology Engineer , you’ll be the senior technical leader guiding our IT infrastructure, software integrations, and proprietary AI platform development. This role is about more than “keeping the lights on”—you’ll :

Architect and secure our IT environment to enable growth and resilience.

Lead integrations between critical business systems (ERP, CRM, workflow tools).

Drive the final phases of our AI software rollout, shaping the future of how we serve customers.

This is a high-impact seat at the table, reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with every business unit to scale Better Collision through smart, innovative technology.

What You Bring

3+ years in IT / software engineering OR emerging talent with a portfolio of real work.

Experience with hybrid IT environments, integrations, or software delivery.

Hands-on skills in cloud platforms, backend coding, or AI / ML deployment.

Curiosity, grit, and the drive to own outcomes—not just tasks.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $65,000 – $160,000

Annual bonus potential up to 40%
