A company is looking for a Staff Technical Services Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement corporate-scale technical initiatives while leading training efforts for junior team members
Provide elevated technical support and ensure continuous process improvement within the technical services team
Lead communication and collaboration efforts across functions to align with corporate initiatives and standards
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an Information Technology services department, preferably in health care IT
Intermediate skills in leading process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Advanced understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software, including Microsoft Office and Windows
Knowledge of federal healthcare security regulations such as HIPAA, HITRUST, and HITECH
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with users of varying technical skills
