JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Data Analyst will support the Quality Control (QC) team by delivering reporting, analysis, and automation solutions that enable client's operations departments to operate more efficiently. This individual will work closely with the Manager, Director, and Senior Director to maintain dashboards, perform data-driven analysis, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. The Data Analyst provides timely and accurate information that supports strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Responsibilities :
- Build, update, and maintain departmental dashboards and automated reporting tools.
- Perform regular data analysis to identify trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Support daily and weekly reporting requirements for Quality Control and related departments.
- Assist with KPI tracking, staffing projections, and event preparation tools.
- Contribute to automation and process improvement projects to reduce manual workload and increase reporting accuracy.
- Maintain and update automation tool code to ensure alignment with evolving business processes and operational changes.
- Document analytical processes and maintain reporting tools to ensure consistency and knowledge continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits, financial tracking, and performance reviews.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and insights as requested by QC leadership or operational stakeholders.
Required Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.2–4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or operations support.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams .Special Requirements
Willingness to travel as needed.Willing to work hours outside of normal business hours, including nights and weekends, as required to meet company objectives.
