Overview of Role
Order Management Team Lead role provides support and guidance to team members. Customer Service is responsible for placing, tracking, and maintaining all purchase orders placed by customers, along with maintaining product maintenance within our database. The candidate should be organized, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
