A company is looking for a Product Support Representative to assist with customer inquiries and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot and document cases, owning customer cases until resolution
Build and maintain expert knowledge of company software applications and the healthcare industry
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree or higher
Prior experience handling customer product support cases through phone, email, and chat
Knowledge of clinical research or healthcare field preferred
Prior experience with Clinical Trials background is a plus
Ability to work late shifts and cover on-call support as needed
