We are looking for a skilled Slotting Analyst to join our logistics team in Memphis, Tennessee. This on-site role is critical for enhancing warehouse efficiency and supporting operational excellence. As a Contract-to-permanent position, this opportunity allows high-performing individuals to transition into a long-term role based on results and contributions.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze warehouse data to identify opportunities for improving slotting efficiency and maximizing space utilization.
• Develop and manage dashboards to monitor product movement, trends, and operational performance.
• Leverage knowledge of pallet and pick operations to optimize product placement and workflow efficiency.
• Utilize data insights to reduce product handling and minimize travel time within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and align with operational objectives.
• Ensure effective use of warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline slotting processes.
• Continuously evaluate and refine strategies to enhance warehouse density and throughput.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership on slotting and inventory optimization.
• Demonstrated experience in warehouse or distribution environments, with a focus on process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of dashboards, pivot tables, and advanced data analysis.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and their application in slotting operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Experience in creating and managing operational dashboards.
