Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program who has successfully completed all requirements to obtain a nursing license
RN student enrolled in the final semester of an accredited nursing program with a set graduation date
Here is an overview of our newly updated GROW Strong RN New Grad Residency Program :
Program content aligns with QSEN competencies and ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) requirements
Rolling enrollment means NTP nurses can begin the program within 30-45 days of hire
Specialty Clinical Practice Tracks provide hands on skills practice to enhance application of didactic content
Content has been condensed to allow nurses to complete the program in 6-8months
