SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Full Time | 8-4 : 30 pm

What will I do as a Senior Maintenance Technician for The Wesley Community?
- Assist the director in preparing for and during annual survey.
- Assist with management and oversight of the worxhub maintenance software program and assign tickets as necessary.
- Follow-up on worxhub tickets to ensure they were completed to satisfaction.
- Monitor maintenance personnel performance and productivity.
- Coordinate projects needing additional oversight and planning when it will affect other departments or resident areas / services (ex; coordination of shutting down dish room when construction work is necessary).
- Respond immediately to resident and staff safety issues requiring priority work.
- Assist in overseeing the general repair, reconditioning, and refurbishing of the facility, equipment, and systems in use.
- Supervise the day-to-day maintenance functions of assigned personnel.
Senior Maintenance Technician Requirements :
High School graduation or equivalency required.Technical training in associated field preferred.5 years' experience in healthcare environment conducting maintenance work required.Supervisory / Leadership experience required.At least 3 years' experience required with reasonable aptitude / proficiency in HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, painting, wall repair, and mechanical and electrical knowledge.The Wesley Community strives to have its employees be a part of a culture of excellence and to enjoy their work.
