Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ICU RN is responsible for providing high-quality, critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions. This role involves continuous monitoring, rapid response to changes in patient condition, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.\n\nResponsibilities : \nDeliver direct and specialized nursing care to critically ill patients.^Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, condition changes, and responses to treatment.^Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions as ordered.^Operate and manage life-sustaining equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors.^Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.^Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-ICU recovery.^Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in electronic health records.^Adhere to infection control standards, safety guidelines, and hospital protocols.
