We are seeking a skilled and dependable technician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning systems (HVAC) and commercial restaurant fryer repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems as well as ensuring all fryer equipment in our restaurant operations runs efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on commercial air conditioning units (split systems, rooftop units, etc.).
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial deep fryers and related kitchen appliances.
• Conduct system diagnostics, repair leaks, replace faulty components, and recharge refrigerants in accordance with EPA guidelines.
• Ensure all equipment meets safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair needs clearly.
• Respond promptly to service calls and perform repairs with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with management to schedule preventative maintenance.
