A company is looking for a Payroll Processing Tester.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute test scenarios to identify compliance vulnerabilities and escalate issues as needed
Maintain updated testing plans in response to new or revised policies and regulations
Ensure a minimum accuracy rate of 97% in testing and communicate with stakeholders throughout the development cycle
Required Qualifications
Experience in designing test conditions for payroll processing software
Ability to document test scenarios, results, and evidence thoroughly
Understanding of Payroll and HR legislation affecting processes
Experience in analyzing business requirements within a development environment
Functional testing experience in software products is a plus but not mandatory
