We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for our New York, NY office location to support New York Metro projects. The Senior Project Manager provides support to facilitate planning and coordination of construction activities to ensure that all project objectives are accomplished, and ensures project profitability targets are achieved. We are looking for someone who has knowledge of the New York construction market and has a current network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with all partners on a project
• Manage all costs to ensure profitability
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Lead project meetings with all stakeholders connected to a project : owner, owner representatives, vendors, subcontractors, and others
• Partner closely with Field Operations team members and internal team members assigned to projects
• Review subcontractor and vendor invoices throughout the lifecycle of the project and approve for payment or negotiate appropriate changes
• Oversee change orders and RFIs, prepare as needed
• Keep consistent lines of communication open with clients and proactively share project progress and budget matters
• Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems as needed
• Ensure punch list completion

Technical Skills

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Schimenti's total compensation package for employees. Pay starts at $160,000 base salary per year depending on experience. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and specific performance awards.
